Every drawer, box and shelf, with a label you can scan

Look up a material and see exactly where it is, down to the box.

Warehouses, cabinets, drawers and boxes, with a 3D view of each cabinet. A small workshop can skip cabinets and keep stock straight in the room.
Print labels with QR codes. Scan one with a phone to see what is inside or take stock out on the spot.
Count by weight, volume or pieces, as sheets and bars with their sizes, or by the metre for wire, cable and tape.
Move stock between places as the workshop changes.
Bring your materials and opening stock in from CSV or Excel.

03 Make

Runs take their own material, and printers report what they used

Start a run of a project and Stocky does the stock-keeping for it.

Starting a run sets its sheets aside. Finishing it takes the filament, resin and hardware it used off the stock, failed prints included.
Laser and CNC jobs get a cutting plan that uses offcuts first, and the leftovers worth keeping go back on the shelf with their sizes.
Connect Bambu Lab, OctoPrint, Klipper and PrusaLink printers. Finished prints wait in an inbox with the grams each spool used, ready to record as a run.
Each run keeps what it really cost in material, machine time and labour, next to your sale price.

04 Sell

From a customer’s order to the units that fill it

What you make is stock too, and Stocky knows who it is for.

Good units go into their own inventory when a run completes, ready to be sold, used, scrapped or counted.
Take a customer’s order, see what is missing and start a run for exactly that. The units it makes are held for the order.
Orders that are late or due this week show on the dashboard and in the Monday email.
Sales reports show what you sold, what it cost and the margin, per customer and per project.

The dashboard and the reports are built from the same ledger as the shelves.

A dashboard each person arranges for themselves: what needs attention, what runs out soonest, what the stock is worth.
Reports on stock, material used, production and spending, with drill-downs and views you can save.
